Time to meet Hello Kitty who's celebrating her 40th birthday and my most favorite character, Kerokerokeroppi at Sanrio Puroland! <3

Welcome to Sanrio Puroland!

Saw this band singing in public while we're on our way to Sanrio Puroland. Their music is cool. :-)

If you are a big fan of Hello Kitty or any of the Sanrio characters, it's a dream come true for you to visit the Sanrio Puroland. Though Tama-shi is still located in Tokyo, an hour and 6 mins. is the calculated time for you to get there from one train line to another. When we wet there, the people we've asked where the Sanrio Puroland was exactly located, only a few (and a teenager girl) was the only one who was able to direct us where it was. Not sure if it is the people who didn't know about Sanrio Puroland or that it is not that popular enough to the public. Just the same, we enjoyed our stay there seeing our favorite cartoon characters.



To end our tiring night, we had our dinner at Shakey's Shinjuku since it's our friends' first time to (supposedly) dine in an all-you-can-eat pizza (of all kinds: from the usual pizza to sweet pizza dessert). However the set-up there wasn't the usual one we had in Osaka. The pizza will be served to you upon request and not buffet style - wherein you can get the pizza served on a long common table. So, we didn't avail of the said promo and chose their regular menu instead.

Tokyo SkyTree and Hello Kitty (Day 3 - Part 1)

Day 3 - Part 1 (November 2, 2014 - Sunday) It was a perfect sunny day so we took the chance to visit the newest landmark of Tokyo -- the Tokyo SkyTree in the 1st half of our day. And we also visited to see and experience every kikay girl's dream -- Sanrio Puroland . Just in time for their 40th Anniversary. At our hotel lobby. We stayed at Hotel MysStays Asakusa which is just a few walks away from Kuramae Station (Asakusa and Oedo Lines). We recommend the hotel if you are budget-conscious and if you're looking for a better accommodation. A day will not be complete without a #selfie haha!
